After all the presents were opened we realized that one was missing. There was no present for Colin from Uncle Johnny and Aunt Linda. (wink, wink, nudge, nudge.) We went looking for it and “found” it in Kathy’s office.
The gift was very special, one that Uncle Johnny and Colin have talked about for a couple of years now: A sword. But not just any sword, it’s the first sword that Uncle Johnny bought for himself when he was about Colin’s age. Colin had an idea that something special might be coming, but he didn’t know that it was going to be Uncle Johnny’s first sword. Colin was quite humbled and very happy.
