I just found one more video from the storm that hit Beacon around the first of July. The water was churning up so much “stuff” that you could hear rocks banging against the bottom of the stream and the air was filled with the smell of dirt. Truly amazing....

Rain has been the order of the day. In copious amounts. In fact, so much in a matter of about 20 minutes that our stream turned into a raging river. Fun, but we just now finished packing and it’s after 11:30. We’re packed now and ready to leave tomorrow...
