So, here I sit typing using nothing but WordPress on the iPad and a virtual keyboard. Initially, when I first started using this keypad, I thought there’d be no way that I’d be able to use the iPad’s virtual keyboard as well as a normal keyboard, but the fact of the matter is that I’m able to use it like a charm. The only difference is that I can’t let my hands hang onto the keys like they do when I’m using a real keyboard.
Two weeks in and I’m pretty darned impressed!
What’s really amazing is how well the spellcheck and autocorrect seems to work when I’m using this keypad. While there’s no question that my fingers wander when I type, for the most part the iPad corrects my mistypes with little or no error.
Color me happier than expected.
