And I think he right-sizes Bush. Being president is as much about who you have around you as who you are. You have to be able to trust those you surround yourself with. Perhaps even more about who you surround yourself with.
I don’t think Bush was evil, nor do I think he was stupid. I think he just trusted those who were, in the end, totally untrustworthy.
