Now You Do
Busy weekend of door hanging, setting bathroom cabinets, trim work, and, believe it or not, moving stuff from the temporary house to the new one. We cleared out a space in the basement to put the steel shelves we’ve been using to stack and store our junk. Here’s the beauty of our new situation: plastic bins that used to be spread all over the basement of our old house and which we could only stack two high, now look as if they’ll fit in a small corner of the basement and we can stack them over 4 high. Hard to believe that the garbage of our life, that used to cover an entire, albeit tiny, basement can now fit in a corner of our new basement.

In more exciting news, the wrought iron railing is in! It only took about 5 minutes to get it where it belonged, and another half hour to bolt it down and weld on the plant holder.

Looks lovely yes?!
