OK, so this isn’t 100% true. My boy wasn’t playing with The Boss, but he did spend the better part of last year singing with Pete Seeger at a multitude of  local venues. There’s also a photo of him in the liner notes of Pete’s new album.

 

So who knows, maybe in 3o years the young Mr. Battersby will be singing at the Lincoln Memorial with a much older Bruce Springsteen raising his hands in triumph.
