Finally, the move in day! Economy movers (845-462-2222. Best, least expensive movers on the planet.) showed up as scheduled at a little before noon, loaded up the rental house and had us all moved in by 4:30 PM. (OK, not ALL moved in. But mostly moved in. There are still a few things left at the other house.)
Kathy created a guidance system for the movers, first marking boxes with room IDs, then putting up signs throughout the house to point out where everything needed to go. By the end of the day Colin was a very happy camper as the movers allowed the little man to help out along the way.
