A review of how the house is now that we’re living in it
It’s now been over a year-and-a-half since we moved into the house, which makes it a prime time to see just how well our “design” has worked out.
Starting next week and for about the next 5 weeks, I’m going to take a look at the house on a room-by-room basis, looking at the original plans, most of which we changed as we were working on the house, and trying to see whether or not what we initially hoped for has worked out the way we really expected it to.
At first blush, I’d say that it’s all worked out better than we could have imagined, but I’ll put a critical eye to it starting next week.
